- Changes are accepted and returns as long as the garments are in perfect condition.
- Refunds will not be made on merchandise that has any type of discount.
- Changes and refunds must be requested and made within the first 30 calendar days after the purchase was made , otherwise the request will not apply.
- The items must be returned in their original packaging in order to guarantee proper protection during transport, they must also have their original accessories and labels, if they do not come as originally in the product the change will not apply. We will not assume any responsibility for products that are damaged or lost during the return process to our company.
- No changes will be made to merchandise that is not in perfect condition and without a label or all its accessories. li>
- No changes are made to merchandise from department stores or physical branches.
